Snead Island Boat Works is located at the mouth of the Manatee river, just off of Tampa Bay. With easy access to Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, the boat basin is easy to access—there are no bridges between us and the Gulf of Mexico. Dredged to accommodate drafts of up to 8 feet, we have dockage sufficient to accommodate yachts up to 75 feet in length.

Dry Storage

Keep your boat secure during the hurricane season with dry storage at Snead Island Boat Works.

Boats in dry storage are blocked and tied down to 4' ground anchors using straps rated to withstand hurricane force winds.
